I would highly recommend Martin and his team to cater for any special occasion. He provided an excellent 3 course meal for our party of 18 - and delicious canapés too. The table was beautifully set and he negotiated the kitchen in the rental accommodation, despite its drawbacks. His team were also very friendly and attentive. Couldn't fault the whole experience in any way.

We organised Martin to come and cook at our rental holiday home, where we are celebrating my father in laws 60th. Martin was easy to deal with, and arrived on time and came well prepared, setting up our table with linen and cutlery . Martin negotiated the kitchen, engaged with us as he prepped the 3 course meal, and left the kitchen cleaner than when he started. The food was amazing and we felt Martin understood this was a special occasion. Would have no hesitation recommending Martin to anyone wanting not just great food but an ease to deal with. Great dinner and experience.

Martin provided a fantastic home catering service. Preparing a wonderful seven course meal for 11 hungry men, we were all impressed by the quality of the food, the level of organisation and the care he took with us. At the end of the meal, tea, coffee and petit fours had been laid out for us in the lounge whilst Martin and Alison cleared up and left the kitchen and dining room spotless! I cannot speak highly enough of the service and would definitely use Martin again!

The best catering I have ever used, delicious food, especially wild venison, our guests were delighted, the best way to organise dinner party at our house in Aviemore.

Martin catered for our small wedding at Dalvey House in Forres. We found him through a recommendation (from a potential wedding venue we didn't end up going with, who basically told us that wherever we chose to get married try and book Martin!). He (and his waitress) did a wonderful job and everyone present thought the food was really nice. The duck in our starter for example was probably the best I've ever had and even things like the raspberries in our dessert were unlike any raspberries I've ever tasted before, I didn't even know they could be that juicy and sweet (and actually converted one of our member from supposedly not liking raspberries to actively wanting them, even though sadly supermarket raspberries aren't a patch on what Martin provided!). The presentation and food itself has a really high-end flair (I've had a similar meal to my main course at a michelin-starred restaurant and I think Martin's was better!) and portions (especially for the lamb) were very generous. He also delivered exactly what we asked for, for example separate vegetables to share. Considering he had to come and cater for just the 9 of us (plus three vendors), and we had two options for each course (and just to be really annoying and awkward I also needed separate lactose-free version of the dessert!) it was all really good value too, and to his credit he didn't bump the cost up just because we were a wedding party. It came up in conversation the next day approximately what we'd paid per head and people were very surprised it wasn't more expensive (and yes, it's not so cheap you'd book Martin every weekend, but it's a bargain for the service received). Very much one to recommend! Sarah
